Krista (human) and Butch (dog) have been tinkering together in the woodshop since 2025. One project sparked an obsession, and we’ve been steadily growing our woodworking skills since. That project? A dog “house”, of course. Made entirely with a circular saw, a direct line of credit at the local hardware store, and barely an understanding of the difference between a screw and nail.

With an eye for scraps, most of my creativity and builds are inspired by a piece of wood that was meant to be thrown away. I like to repurpose and give life to the piece. Many times this also means I found some cool table legs on the side of the road and now I must use them to make a table.

I’m inspired by the outdoors, aka my nirvana, and, clearly, Butch. Expect awesome nature driven pieces, and builds that bring the outside in.
